Annual live conference was due to be held in Dublin Castle but due to Covid, it was decided to host a pre-recorded webinar.
Our Role
We managed all the registration and pre-event communications. We coordinated the pre-records in the Department of Health building and the virtual panel discussion. We created a virtual poster site through a 360 website to showcase the winners of the clinical exemplar competition.

Recorded from the Department of Health - pre-recorded panel discussions through zoom. Edited and delivered through a live Zoom webinar platform to over 450 attendees.
