Client Brief: To Rebuild and refresh a Joomla based beauty e-commerce website, migrate it to Shopify and make it more user friendly to assist the business in growing online sales.

Our Role: Through multiple rounds of testing & QA and several research of other e-commerce sites in the industry, we achieved a much faster website that loaded responsively across all devices. After testing immediate user experience, we found that people were able to use the site much more efficiently when searching, interacting with & browsing the product line.

Overall, this project allowed this business to streamline one of the key touchpoints in the buying experience, the website. This project has already resulted in an upturn in sales & customer retention.
