PRECISE Events International is a leading event management company specialising in creating bespoke experiences for corporate clients. Known for their attention to detail and innovative approach.
Diverse Audience: The event needed to cater to a wide range of ages, from young children to adults, requiring a variety of activities and entertainment options.
Onsite Limitations: The event was to be held at the company’s headquarters, which required transforming the corporate environment into a festive wonderland while navigating logistical constraints.
Health and Safety: Ensuring the health and safety of all attendees during a time when public health concerns were still prominent was a top priority.
Tight Timeline: With the holiday season fast approaching, the event had to be planned and executed within a limited timeframe.

Theme Development: The team developed a cohesive “Winter Wonderland” theme that was both enchanting and adaptable to the onsite environment. This theme was chosen for its universal appeal and ability to evoke a sense of holiday magic.
Event Design and Layout: The corporate space was transformed into a festive venue with carefully planned zones, including a Santa’s Grotto, a kids’ play area, a crafts station, and a cozy lounge for adults. Each area was designed to maximize engagement while ensuring smooth flow and accessibility.
Entertainment and Activities:
For Children: Activities included gingerbread decorating, face painting, and a festive puppet show. A professional Santa Claus was available for meet-and-greet sessions, complete with photo opportunities.
For Adults: The event featured a gourmet hot chocolate bar, a live jazz band playing holiday classics, and a wine and cheese tasting station.
Interactive Experiences: A digital scavenger hunt was designed to encourage families to explore different areas of the event, with prizes that tied back to the company’s products and services.
Safety Protocols: To address health concerns, Precise Events implemented a range of safety measures, including sanitation stations, capacity controls, and a reservation system for high-demand activities to prevent overcrowding.
Communication and Engagement: Leading up to the event, Precise Events worked closely with the company’s internal communications team to create excitement through teaser campaigns, email invitations and a dedicated event App that provided real-time updates and maps.
The onsite Festive Family experience was a resounding success. Key outcomes included;
High Attendance and Participation: The event saw a 95% turnout from the invited families, with high engagement across all activities. Feedback highlighted the variety of entertainment and the immersive environment as key highlights.
