We were required to select a venue, manage and produce all elements to reflect the brand positioning, motivate the sales team, recognise top performers and align with the company’s future strategic goals.
PRECISE organised the client’s Sales Conference for a leading international insurance company at the luxurious Kilkea Castle over three days. Our team designed the event to bring together the client’s top sales professionals from across the globe for a Conference, mix of business sessions, team-building activities and high-end networking opportunities.
The key challenge was designing a three day event that would keep the high-performing salespeople engaged throughout, leading to on-going productive business discussions.
PRECISE curated a three-day conference programme that incorporated a Conference, strategic business sessions, luxury experiences, all within the stunning surroundings of Kilkea Castle and Burtown House.
The blend of world-class hospitality, exclusive venues and the scenic Irish countryside provided the perfect backdrop for an inspiring sales conference.
Day 1: Arrival
Arrival: The attendees were welcomed with personalised check-ins and luxury welcome packages featuring branded conference materials, premium gifts and local Irish delicacies.
Welcome Reception: The event kicked off with an elegant Welcome Reception, offering a mix of gourmet food and drinks in a relaxed setting. Attendees were able to network and mingle against the backdrop of the venue’s gorgeous setting and historic Castle.
Day 2: Full Day Conference, Business Sessions & Team Building
The second day began with a Sales Conference and a series of breakout sessions, followed by a team building event.
Luxury Team-Building Activities: After the business sessions, attendees participated in unique team-building activities.
Off-Site Gala Dinner: We arranged a Gala Dinner with Award Ceremony at Burtown House & Gardens, the gorgeous Georgian Villa in Athy, Co Kildare with customised Menu, local harpist and installed AV.
Day 3: Half Day Conference: The event concluded with a recap of key learnings and then management of transfers to the airport for our client and their global sales team.
Our client was thrilled with the venues, design of the event, management/ production and subsequently asked us to engineer further events for them.
