If your group is coming to Ireland, our destination management team can bring local venues, experiences and guest arrangements into the brief. For an event abroad, we also apply our venue sourcing and event management expertise to the chosen destination.
Our Sydney and Melbourne incentive programme combined stays in both cities with cultural experiences and dining.The Munich C-Suite roundtable brought meeting spaces, accommodation and dining together around a leadership programme. Each began with a different reason for bringing people together.
How the details come together.
The decisions around an event are connected, from the destinations to the information each guest receives. For the Technology Sales Kick Off - Barcelona, our role began with city sourcing and venue contracting. We secured the five star, Ritz-Carlton Hotel Arts, coordinated group business travel, accommodation, transfers and managed dining, entertainment, theming, production and logistics. We also customised a Registration & Event APP to support delegate registration, event updates and programme schedule.
In Ireland, the Engineering Leadership Summit combined conference sessions at Killashee Hotel with an off-site dinner and team activity. Venue sourcing, programme design, branded production and on-site delivery, all formed part of our role.
