Michele Stephenson is our Account Director for North America specialising in the planning and execution of corporate meetings, incentive programs, trade shows, and exhibitions, in the North American market.

Michele has over 30 years industry experience and brings a wealth of expertise from her work in hotel sales, destination management and meeting planning. She has held senior leadership roles such as Events Strategic Consultant, Director of Business Development, National Sales Director, and National Sales Manager for respected organisations across the U.S. and internationally.

Michele is a proud alumna of Orange Coast College, where she earned her degree in Business. She remains an active member of professional organisations including; the Society of Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE), Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and the Incentive Research Foundation (IRF).

She lives in Huntington Beach, California.

With a strong track record in Change Management, she successfully led the rebrand of a five star hotel in Dublin and played a key role in launching the newly revamped Disney Store in Dublin on Grafton Street, while leading a team at an Irish PR agency. She latterly headed up the Marketing Dept of one of Ireland’s premium five star Hotel & Spa Resorts.

Her expertise spans Digital Strategy, SEO, Event Management and Media Relations making her a dynamic leader in the ever-evolving marketing landscape. She ensures that PRECISE is positioned as the foremost Event Management Company internationally and is a thought leader as a DMC in its comp set. She reviews Client proposals and ensures they are on-brand, filled with sparkle and offer high level brand entertainment.

Gillian holds a Master of Arts (Joint Hons) from Aberdeen University, a Postgraduate Marketing Diploma from Strathclyde Business School in Glasgow (the no 1 Business School in Scotland) and a Digital Marketing Diploma in Hospitality from TUD in Dublin.

Funfact: Gill worked on Britney Spear’s UK PR for her first movie ‘Crossroads’ for the film distribution company, Momentum Pictures. She is also a Kidney Transplant survivor and supporter of the Irish Kidney Association.
