Overview
A global technology company appointed PRECISE Events International to design, manage and deliver its four-day 2026 EMEA Conference for 250 senior leaders. From selecting the destination and five-star venue to coordinating international travel, shaping the conference theme and securing a keynote speaker, PRECISE managed every element of the programme.
We also created event branding and a personalised registration app, bringing together business sessions and cultural experiences in a seamless, memorable conference.
The app built engagement from the outset, giving delegates tailored access to essential information throughout the four-day event.
The brief
The client asked PRECISE to create and deliver a complete EMEA conference programme at a luxury five-star property in an appealing capital city. We were responsible for every aspect of the experience, from planning and production to on-site delivery.
The challenge
The programme needed to balance focused business sessions with engaging off-site experiences. We designed an itinerary that supported the conference’s business objectives while creating natural opportunities for leaders to connect, strengthen relationships and experience the host city.

The approach
PRECISE selected The Corinthia Lisbon for its central location, convenient airport access, exceptional service and luxurious accommodation and conference facilities. It provided an ideal setting for both the business programme and exploration of the city.
Our role
PRECISE designed, managed and delivered the complete conference programme, including: - Coordinating delegates’ inbound and outbound group travel - Sourcing and securing the five-star venue - Designing and curating the conference itinerary - Managing delegate gifts and on-site details - Developing the event theme, branding and personalised registration app - Sourcing and briefing a high-profile keynote speaker - Coordinating event logistics and delivery, with PRECISE staff on site throughout
