Overview

PRECISE EVENTS International was tasked with organizing an Annual Sales Conference for a leading international insurance company at the prestigious Mount Juliet Estate in County Kilkenny, Ireland.

The event was designed to bring together top sales professionals from across the globe for a mix of business sessions, team-building activities, and high-end networking opportunities.

The goal was to create an environment that motivated the sales force, recognized top performers, and aligned the team with the company’s future strategic goals.

The key challenge was designing a conference that not only facilitated productive business discussions but also created a luxurious and inspiring atmosphere to keep high-performing salespeople engaged and energized. The event needed to strike the right balance between formal sales sessions, motivational content, and unique experiences that could foster stronger team connections.

Solution

PRECISE Events International curated a three-day conference programme that incorporated strategic business sessions, motivational elements, and luxury experiences, all within the stunning surroundings of Mount Juliet Estate.

The blend of top-tier business facilities, world-class hospitality, and the scenic Irish countryside provided the perfect backdrop for an inspiring sales conference.

Day 1: Arrival and Welcome
Arrival at Mount Juliet Estate: The attendees were welcomed at the estate with personalized check-ins and luxury welcome packages featuring branded conference materials, premium gifts, and local Irish delicacies.

Welcome Reception: The event kicked off with an elegant Welcome Reception on the estate grounds, offering a mix of gourmet food and drinks in a relaxed, outdoor setting.

Attendees were able to network and mingle against the backdrop of Mount Juliet’s rolling green hills and historic manor house.
